Saw the Prosciutto, Cheese Panzarotti ok the menu and wanted to give it a try. They don't open Wednesday, Thursdays so we had to wait till Friday. Easy to make a reservation and they have inside/outside seating. Food, service, atmosphere was great. The one thing was the Prawns we had tastes Frozen, but the bottom of menu does state that some seafood may not be fresh and can be frozen. Prices were fair.

The pasta with frutti di mare and branzino al forno were very good, but the the beef steak and the grilled vegetables were a bit burn on the outside

Al fresco dining on the pedestrians-only street, with excellent service. The "5 good things" starter really is impressive. The seafood carbonara and the gnocchi with prawns take these traditional dishes up a notch. Nice squids & crisp potatoes too. Portions are ok, though it's fair to admit you would probably get bigger ones for the same price elsewhere, but for this quality Trinchetto isn't expensive at all. If you can, don't miss the dessert sliders, especially the pear and chocolate tart: these are served with Zibibbo, Mediterranean liquorish wine, and you can add sgroppino too, a lemon sorbet with a splash of vodka. Highly recommended.
